On May 31, the Technology Trade Service Platform for Yunnan Special Industries, jointly established by Yunnan Academy of Science and Technology, National Technology Transfer Eastern Center and Shanghai Technology Exchange, was officially signed at the Yunnan Science and Technology Innovation Session of the 2021 Global Technology Transfer Conference, marking another new achievement of "Shanghai-Tiannan" science and technology cooperation. Based on the Yunnan branch of the Eastern Center, the platform will focus on the technology elements of Yunnan Province and propose construction plans for developing technology trade and promoting technology transactions based on the development of regional technology market and the needs of economic and social development from a practical perspective.

Zhu Ye, Vice President of National Technology Transfer East Center, Zhang Mingsheng, Vice President of Shanghai Technology Exchange, and Xu Jian, Vice President of Yunnan Academy of Science and Technology, signed the strategic cooperation agreement of the three parties and delivered an important speech. Through this cooperation, the three parties will combine their strengths to jointly establish the technology factor trading market system in Yunnan Province, improve the operation mechanism of the technology trading factor market, and support technology transfer institutions to promote the transfer and transformation of international and domestic innovation achievements in Yunnan Province; in addition, the establishment of the platform will effectively improve the trading system and the technology trading service system that adapts to the efficient allocation of technology market factors, and attract scientific and technological achievements and technological capabilities to be listed in the market; transform scientific and technological achievements by means of technology licensing, technology transfer and valued investment to realize transformation and incubation in Yunnan Province.
