Denmark branch

The Nordic Innovation Center (Danish Branch) was officially opened in December 2018 in Aalborg, Denmark by Thomas Kastrup-Larsen, Mayor of Aalborg; Tonny Thorup, Director General of Business and Innovation of Aalborg; Jijun Lu, Assistant to the President of the National Center for Technology Transfer East; and Jorgen Clausen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Danfoss Group Inauguration. The Nordic Innovation Centre (Danish branch) is located in Aalborg, Denmark, a port city in the northern part of the Jutland peninsula and the capital of Nordjylland (North Jutland).

The Nordic Innovation Center has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Municipality of Aalborg in order to promote the development of scientific and technological innovation, talent exchange and trade between the Nordic region and East China by leveraging the advantages of both parties in their respective regions and technology industries. The construction and operation of the Nordic Innovation Centre is mainly focused on the new energy industry and electronics and telecommunications, which are areas in which Denmark has an advantage. The Danish Energy Cluster and ICT Cluster in Aalborg integrates a strong network of resources between universities, industry, local governments, and a large number of pioneering research activities and innovative companies, and has effectively promoted the development of cutting-edge technology and industry in the entire international field, as well as unified management, establishing Denmark's leading position in the relevant fields in Europe.
