Blockchain test port construction officially launched
In making the opening speech of the conference, Wu Xiaohua, deputy director of the Lingang Management Committee, said Lingang is paying close attention to the development of blockchain, especially the integration of blockchain and smart manufacturing, which will set off the digital revolution. Blockchain as an important outcome of the fourth industrial revolution after the steam engine, electrification, computers, it is expected that by 2025, 10% of the total global GDP will be composed of blockchain technology. And the 13th Five-Year National Informatization Plan also points out that it is necessary to strengthen the blockchain and other strategic cutting-edge technologies, and advance the layout. This proposal to create a blockchain test port and start the construction of blockchain in the ten application scenarios in the port will be a brave and innovative attempt.

Action Plan to Accelerate the Deep Integration of Blockchain and Real Economy in the Lingang Region Officially Released
Li Jia, deputy director of the Economic and Trade Office of the Lingang Management Committee, released the Action Plan to Accelerate the Deep Integration of Blockchain and the Real Economy in the Lingang Region at the meeting. The program is Lingang for blockchain experimental port planning guidance documents, will also serve as a reference standard for the future introduction of blockchain-related policies. The development of blockchain in Lingang is closely related to the positioning of Lingang's "two districts" mentioned in the previous "Lingang Area Master Plan Outline (2017-2035)". Either the previous East Center Blockchain Industry Center chose to settle in Lingang, or the launch of the Lingang blockchain test port and the release of the action plan, both Lingang to play its "science and innovation center main hosting area" advantage, but also coincides with its "innovation first pilot zone".
Afterwards, Yan Yijun, Director of Lingang Enterprise Service Bureau and Li Jia, Deputy Director of Lingang Economic and Trade Office, unveiled the "East Center Blockchain Industry Integration Research Institute". The Institute was established by the East Center Blockchain Industry Center in cooperation with the China Banknote Blockchain Technology Research Institute, and settled in Lingang, focusing on bringing more R&D support and infrastructure construction for blockchain and traditional enterprises.

In the process of building a Shanghai blockchain test port, Lingang will focus on building 15 blockchain smart factory innovation demonstration points and 10 blockchain application scenario demonstrations in accordance with the action plan, taking advantage of its own industrial advantages, to promote the integration of blockchain and real economy enterprises, and first try and land applications in Lingang.
